The terms of use for the service By using the service vip-file.com, you agree to the terms of use for the service as described below. Use of the service without agreement is prohibited.

Basic Principles of the Rules

3. The user is not allowed to use the service to create or disseminate unwanted e-mail messages (spam), icq messages spam and any other types of spam sendings.
4. The files that the user shares on the service are the user’s responsibility alone.
5. The service takes no responsibility for the content of the downloaded thereon, and also does not moderate it manually. The service immediately deletes files right the way when eligible complaints on their location by a third party.
6. The service also does not check the files for viruses and other malicious software and is not liable in case of receiving of those kind of files through the service vip-file.com.net.
7. The administration reserves the right to delete any file from the service as it sees fit.
8. Period of files storage is unlimited while abidance by rules of storage. File can be deleted in case of justified complaint from third party, or because of absence of file usage more then time period. 9. It is strictly forbidden to use programs that any way imitate download of files, receiving of links for file download without viewing the download page; or any other ways that violate normal work of service vip-file.com.
10. It is strictly forbidden to use programs that sort out number of files or any other way create unnormal server load. IP addresses of violator will be banned, including a ban on the entire sub-network.
11. The use of the service for downloading programs which receive links to files without the user visiting the download page (such as RapidGet, USDownloader, etc.) is prohibited.
12. It is a violation to place any kind of materials on the service that fall under the following categories:
    harmful to minors in any form, including child pornography; any kind of materials or information that violate the rights of third parties to any kind of patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other property rights; any kind of materials that contain pornography (including animals), violence, and any other kind of materials of this nature, it is also prohibited to place password-protected archives. In addition, in case of violation of user agreement by client, service vip-file.com.net will actively assist law enforcement agencies and representatives of the Government in collecting and providing information about the client; about the client`s site; illegal or obscene information content; about individuals who are capable to possess or get an access to information, or try to use illegal or obscene information content. Complaints against those who violate the rules of the user agreement are being accepted by e-mail: abuse@vip-file.com. Each complaint will be reviewed and, in dependance with the degree of violation, may lead to disabling user from service without any prior notice.
13. Premium account give you the possibility to download from our servers with a high speed. The only limitation that you have is that your download should not exceed 10GB daily. When buying a Premium (Gold) account, your account will come with points. A point is a conventional unit of traffic. 1 point equals 1 GB of traffic. In the case of a 30 day account for example, a user cannot download more than 300 points (300 GB) per 30 days which is an average of 10GB per day.
14. It is strictly forbidden to use the services intended to cheat statistics of our service.
15. It is strictly forbidden to give your Gold-Account to third parties (friends, relatives). Administration reserves the right to delete this kind of Gold-Account.
16. It is prohibited to have more than one account on service without agreement of Administration.
17. Administration reserves the right to immediately suspend or delete your webmaster account in order to improve the quality of service or any other objective reasons, without any explanation.
18. In case the premium account will be used within the next 24 hours from 10 different IP ranges or in case these addresses will belong to more than 5 Internet providers, the account will be banned and the owner of the premium key will get a new premium key and 30% deduction of his points. In order to avoid it please don't use on your computer software, which changes your IP address, also don't give your premium key or download links to third parties. Use decent anti-virus software.
19. It is strictly forbidden to use vip-file.com.net as the source files for other file-sharing services.
20. We reserve the right to change this service agreement at any time. We also reserve the right at any time to modify or stop services, with or without notice, for a specified time preiod or indefinitely. You agree that vip-file.com.net does not bind oneself not to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of Services. You agree that we can establish common rules and limits concerning use of the Service, including the maximum disk space that will be allotted on serviven to you on servers of vip-file.com.net, the maximum number of usages (and its maximum duration) to Services in a given period of time. Also, you agree that vip-file.com.net has the right, without any notice, to change the tariffs for use of the Service. Changing the rates for use of Services will start after the expiration of the existing Customer subscription.
21. We reserve the right to ban the user's account indefinitely if our terms of service are repeatedly violated.

22. Conditions of data security:

    All the information that customers provide us during registration of account is for internal use only. It remains strictly confidential. We do NOT share this information with any third parties, organizations and / or companies. This information includes customer e-mail address and other information, proposed during registration. If you enter information about yourself, this information may be used only for its intended purpose, for example, for providing information requested by you. Your e-mail is not send to other organizations for commercial or non-commercial purposes. Email addresses will only be use to notify our customers about additional programming devices and advertising. We store the email addresses of those customers who come to us via email.

23. Refund Policy:

    Refund can be made:

    • by the company without warning the client in cases described below;
    • by the client who can file the form for refund using the application (client must describe the reason for the refund).

    Support has the right to reject an application by a refund for any reason.

    You can claim for refund within 30 days from the date of payment.

    Company initiates a refund in one of the below mentioned cases:

    • Suspicion in the implementation of fraud;
    • If the current user account already allow to access files.

    Statement by the return of the payment is considered in the case of:

    Client provided information about himself;

    • Client provided information about the credit / debit card with which payment was made;
    • Client provided description of reasons that can be accepted by the company as the reason for the return of payments.
